Remember, we are what we eat!


  • The whiter the bread, the sooner you will be dead.
  • Always try to be at most 80% full. - If 3 slices of bread makes you 100% percent full, go with 2 :)
  • Remember to drink lot of water.
  • If it's green, eat it.
  • If that cereal changes the color of the milk, it's not good for your health.
